PAs are just a hired staff. It's no educatioon no promotion job that anyone with suitable personality traits can do. They're your boss, there's no intimacy there beyond you doing the busy work for another person so they can go about their day. I promise you OP the life of a PA is not anywhere near as glamorous as you seem to think it might be, have the fantasy by all means, but be glad you're not actually working for someone you admire.

To my eye, it's less Stolas being forced to see his flaws than it is his being allowed to.

Sometime between Ozzie's and Oops, he recognized the exploitative nature of his relationship with Blitzø, and took steps to fix it. In All 2 U (Motherfucker) he admits he ignored B's feelings, and after that he admits it wasn't really Blitzø, it was just that he wanted to be wanted by someone. The issue is his support structure, in this issue - Blitzø's out of his life until they both get their heads screwed on straight, he's unlikely to want to burden Octavia with his romantic woes, and he's not had any other real positive relationships in his life. So, the most likely support he'll have is Blitzø's other exes, likely primarily Verosika and possibly the incubus he hooked up with at the party, and the former has made it clear she's still too hurt by B to admit that he might not be 100% at fault.

If he goes to Azmodeus (who has an existing, mostly neutral, relationship with both), then he might get some solid advice (especially now that Ozzie doesn't need to keep up the 'romance, yuck' posturing). But that seems unlikely.

Whoa, I thought that was just normal? I've lost touch with the fandom in recent years, but certainly up until Tri premiered, most of the fandom was fics were about the human characters; sometimes the Digimon didn't even make an appearance. Has the fandom changed wildly since I was active in it? But yeah, the Digimon are cute and all but they're not the reason I like the show, they're just a bonus.

Hard agree about understating and having more variety of clothing types. I bought a Cameo way back when just to start making my own fannish clothing and later learned machine embroidery. Now I’m learning how to make my own machine embroidery designs because I usually can’t find exactly what I want. But it would be so much easier (and cheaper) to just buy official merch.
