You might technically be right - I'm reading through responses on reddit and the issue of child abuse seems to be connected to somebody(a bot maybe) leaving links in the comments of some fics that lead to some very illegal images

ff.net has been hosting links to real life child porn for the last year. Users have been complaining about it and emailing constantly but the admins don’t do anything about it. This comes up at least once a week on Reddit.
