AI is copying existing works though. Taxation is a charge, it isn’t taking anything it is charging in return for services/benefits. I didn’t receive anything from the companies who copied my work without my knowledge or consent to program AI, no one did. You can be ok with AI plagiarizing but that doesn’t stop it being plagiarism.
