In one sense, a lot, but 90% of that time is podcasts/streaming video/music (which is just replacing radio/audiobooks/TV time from before the internet) and fanfic/ebooks (which is just replacing paper books from before the internet) and chatting on small Discords (which is just replacing long phone calls with friends.) It's probably worse on my eyes but I don't think the general time use otherwise is that much different.

Now, the amount of internet time I put randomly poking at websites while theoretically doing "work tasks" (and therefore not allowed to do streaming video, fanfic, or discords) is, uh, a lot. I blame capitalism.
