FS is one of the places where readers frequently say they don’t leave comments on fic. It’s hardly surprising so many roll their eyes at author’s notes because usually those are just begging for comments. And as others have pointed out, they don’t want concrit, they only want praise. I dare you to leave concrit on a fic with an author’s note asking for comments. Please report back with the author’s meltdown and let us know if they deleted all of their fic or not cause it’s 50-50 odds they will.
