Don’t worry, OP, you really don’t write for me. I would never read a fic written by someone who posts an author’s note every chapter. I don’t care about your personal life and anything related to the fic should be in the fic. Anything below that long established standard in literature isn’t worth my precious time.

Writers are entitled to write whatever they want and readers are entitled to react to it however they want, and readers are entitled to leave a comment or not, and writers are entitled to feel sad about it or complain about it if they want, and readers are entitled to feel how they want about them complaining, and it turns out people can have opinions on things and them not agreeing with you isn't actually stopping anyone on either side from doing anything.
