Feels a bit weird nominating a band, but Ghost (fka Ghost BC in the US)...mostly since Meliora when the Ghoul costumes got more involved than a robe and off the shelf bauta mask, and Papa got more costumes than just his vestments.

(To be a little less weird, they did recently release a movie (part concert film part fiction), which show off the most recent Ghoul costumes, and all the variety of Papa IV's wardrobe. The Ghouls, particularly (minus the masks, which are only my third favourite variation) are gorgeous.)
