fresh tomatoes, onions, garlic, mushrooms. Beef, chicken and shrimp in the freezer. at least 7 kinds of hot sauce. at least two or three different kinds of curry powder. Spaghetti. Some type of Asian noodle. Eggs. Flour. Cornmeal. Honey. Sugar. about a zillion kinds of tea. A lot of different herbs and spices. Rice, preferably medium grain. Baking powder. Baking soda. The kind of popcorn you pop yourself (I have a hot air popper; I like that a lot better than the microwave kind). At least two kinds of nuts. Vanilla, almond, lemon and orange extracts (I had coconut too but I recently ran out of it). I want to ask above anon where they get peanut butter chips. I can never find those.

You definitely cook! What kind of hot sauces do you have? I like spicy food, but rarely add hot sauce at the table. It's more of an ingredient, so I've got sambal olek, chili garlic paste, doubanjiang, gochujang, and probably more I'm forgetting.

Right now I have sriacha, tabasco, tapatio, Floyd's hot sauce, habanero, mango habanero, cayenne, jalapeno and something called fiery apocalypse.

That's a nice variety right there. I have sriracha and a habanero sauce, too. Also Thai sweet chili, but that's not really spicy. I also forgot chili crisp sauce, which is nice. Been contemplating making my own homemade chili oil because I like the kind you get at dim sum restaurants and it just sounds so good.
