Yeah, I don't get this unless they're being hypocritical. I have a separate RPF account and a third account for my most iddy smut. I don't particularly want that one getting out, but I'm gratified that it's popular.

(And there's basically no crossover between all of these accounts, either; they have different audiences in the same two fandoms, interestingly enough!)

I also have 3 accounts and no one knows. My fandom friends know my main account but don’t know I have written RPF on another account or id fic on a third. Most of my fandom friends are vocally anti-RPF and it amuses me when they go off on a tangent about what RPF writers are like LOL

I mention that I like and that I am not against RPF but I have a separate account just because it's such a different crowd. I don't think that people on my main are that against I just know that they would be bored and annoyed by my fixation and I tag like once in a blue moon
