Aw I’m sorry this is so relatable for you :(

I do bring it up if it goes on for a couple weeks. This week I didn’t say anything because on his Friday night he got some upsetting news. But it’s still frustrating as I was away last week and just haven’t had any quality time. I’m off again in a couple weeks so not many chances for quality time and it already feels like we’re running out of time and like if I blink it will be more than a month before we have a conversation that isn’t about the household or family.
