Like I said, I get that AbeMihashi ship. They're a battery. Their personalities clash. They need to learn to be equal partners. Learn how work for and with each other. It's compelling.
(Also has a bit of the old seme/uke dynamic many people like - no judgement)

Hanai/Tajima is more of a rivalship of the "I want something that he has kind" and I can also see why ppl like that.

I just really like how Tajima supports and understands Mihashi from the beginning and how Mihashi admires Tajima (like he does Abe) but is not scared of him at all.
Tajima doesn't judge Mihashi at all and brings him out of his shell more. They're silly together. They understand each other. They spend time together outside of baseball.
They SO very entertaining.
