Re: Your dream concert

Honestly, I've been spoiled. I've seen some amazing concerts, including unplanned moments at outdoor festivals that turned out to be unexpectedly legendary. Iona at Cornerstone during the fireworks show. The Prayer Chain's reunion show in Chicago. Chagall Guevara's one time only ever reunion at the Ryman Auditorium. The Lost Dogs before Gene Eugene died. The Choir playing the entirety of their Circle Slide album as an anniversary celebration just before Tim Chandler's death. I've been privy to so many amazing moments that I will cherish until I die.

That said, I've never actually been able to see either Duran Duran or the Pet Shop Boys live, and I know the former at least is still making kickass music so I still have a chance before we're all too old to rock out. But what do you do when you didn't pay attention to what they were doing between 1995 and 2010, and only like their super old music OR the brand new music but nothing in between? I feel like I'd be disappointed at a Duran Duran show in 2025, no matter how much Dance Macbre slaps.
