The dev's newer game Covenant of Morn is also still in development but the artwork is just sooo pretty. Idk it's so rare to see het games that care about atmosphere and artistic style over mindless T&A.

Before I even read the secret, I thought "woah! four boobs!" Also something about the placement of the armor/her pose had me think for a moment she had four arms (mostly because of the right side). Overall a trippy and not great outfit.

People are probably going to argue at you about being or feeling shamed or whatever but I kinda agree. I don't think it's shameful to like stepsister porn or whatever extremely popular genre there is, but I'm not going to hit the like button to post it to my Twitter account to inform my friends and family. I'm not ashamed of posting here but it's comfortable to be anon and be able to leave conversations when you want without people able to follow you around.

Idk. The easiest way to deal with controversy is to avoid it. Nobody needs to know what you're into in fandom besides the people who are into the same thing(s). Not being a "Proud [Whatever] Fan" doesn't mean you're ashamed. Privacy is nice.

Quarantine got me into fandom again. I thought I was done with fandom entirely, but without being able to see people often IRL, I dived right back into it.

I think the idea is, if you're posting on a sock anyway, if they spew vitriol at you, who cares? Ditch the sock if it gets too heated and roll another. The toxic behavior needs a stationary, established target to spew at, which you simply don't give them.

Antis can't raid your main if they don't know which fic is yours.

I thought OP was just talking about not linking to RL identities. So my point was just, I've seen tons and tons and tons of drama where no one involved had a link to an RL identity.

If you're saying that people need to be willing to abandon their fandom identities any time they get involved in drama, and use different socks for social media and posting fic and so on, and keep all your identities separate - I think that's an absolutely unreasonable expectation and an unreasonable expectation to ask of people.

Walking.

Before the lockdowns, I would walk every day. An hour or two just wandering the city. Obviously, during the lockdowns, that stopped.

I haven't really gotten back into it since they ended, though.

I still walk by preference when I have somewhere to go (in fact, that's actually better now, as I've moved to a smaller town and more things are walking distance), but I don't walk just to walk. Keep saying I need to, but...

If you're in a fandom that's rampant with antis and drama and don't want to deal with them, pseuds/socks for posting fic or whatever are great. If one starts getting raided you can just make another. You don't have to tie everything back to your main account to be a convenient target for those people.

How did you get "you need a separate account for everything and keep 20 separate identities running!" from that?

Especially people who make money off of fandom. If they abandon a name and start over again, they have to convince people all over again that they’re worth buying from. I don’t really like the idea of capitalism in fandom, but it’s not something I can judge as immoral or anything, and if you need the money, you need the money.
