A lot of streamers may have people who do the boring grinding for them so they can play multiple games and do the "fun stuff" on camera. For instance, murderofbirds has a friend who will do all the grinding for new 5 stars for him so that when he actually goes to pull them he both hasn't been spoiled yet (because he waits a few days after new content comes out so he can give his followers a chance to play it first) and he already has all the materials to build them right away. I assume other content creators do something similar. And of course since the ones with big audiences are usually doing it as their sole job they can spend a lot of time playing these games one camera and off because...they don't have a day job to go to as well.

And like others said...since being a content creators is their business they can write a lot of that gacha money off as business expenses since it provides them content. Or they get sponsored. Not to mention fans will often gift them gacha currency (I've seen it happen often enough on streams) so they'll pull for characters.
