I game with a competitive group where the average player age is 40+. In my thirties, I'm one of the younger people there. Some of the best players we've got are 50+, with no plans to stop playing seriously.

It gives me hope that gaming among older people is going to continue to be popular when our generation becomes seniors, and there will always be people my age to play with. :)
