See I was thinking Littering would be the easiest to do but for the maximum reward.

Fraud is an interesting idea tho... trouble is it has to be a random person.

Fair, probably work out right enough.

But then, I think a lot of us have worked retail and found out what happens when a random customer is missing a single penny change. Some people it's not the amount, but the principal.

The change would make it so that magically never happens so you'd never have to deal with it again, though...

Sure, but who says the random will be psychotic? 99.99% of people aren't That Customer, I'll take my chances.

Fair. I doubt your maths honestly, my experience in the service industry makes me question if it's even on the good side of 50/50, but I resect taking the risk.
