People who speed up when you try and overtake them, even though they spend the rest of the drive at ten mph below the speed limit, should be shot. Same goes for people who tootle along at ten below the limit in general.

I don't find that indefensible at all. They're making the road dangerous for everyone else. (okay, maybe I wouldn't quite go with "shot" but they need to learn that that is a bad way to drive. And that unless they are literally stopping at the very end of that road, they will never be "first" so it's dumb to prevent people from passing.)

Frustratingly, this is probably the same kind of person who *does* pass you, and then proceeds to go slower than your speed.
