Working on a Secret Santa fic, baking some bread, cleaning the kitchen, just general small projects and errands most likely.

Just a round crusty white loaf; I've finally figured out how to get a great crust on my bread and I'm unstoppable now!! (The secret is twofold: preheat a Dutch Oven to bake the loaf in as the oven is warming, and when you put the bread in, spray it with water and then cover with the dutch oven lid. This basically steams the bread as it bakes and gives it a crispy exterior and a chewy interior.)
