Sorry, but I think that's a terrible idea. Don't get me wrong, I'm not sure the current system is amazing, but randomly selecting people? Hell no. I've seen what idiots end up in juries, they don't need more power.

If anything, I think we need to start doing away with juries and move closer to the Napoleonic legal code. Just have panels of judges who know the law.
