I genuinely don't understand why fictional incest would be inherently immoral.

You could give me a list of circumstances in which it may be creepy or problematic especially if presented as totally fine and okay between people of huge power imbalances and pedophilia or something, but you could do that for any other kink or type of ship as well.

None of that makes ficitonal incest/those kinks/types of ships inherently immoral, though. Just the fact that circumstances had to be specified proves they're not always immoral by themselves just for existing, or no circumstances would need citing.
