Agreed.

It's especially bad when it's supposed to be set far back in the past or the person is supposed to be poor, yet they signal someone on the moon with their bright white teeth.

God yes. I don't ask to be too realistic (they had much less sugar anyway so it's sort of balances out), but glowing in the dark is just so distracting
