The US has, on average, poorer dental health than Britain.

The thing is, Britain doesn't go in for cosmetic and often unnecessary shit like veneers and crowns and whatever anywhere near as often, so it lacks the uncanny uniformity, even often with celebrities.

I mean crowns tho... the only crowns I've had have been necessary to stop a tooth from crumbling so like that's a lot different than veneers?
