What I want to know about Game of Thrones... is why is Cersei so stupid? All that plotting to give King Bob extra strong wine in the hope he'd get drunk and killed while hunting. She didn't have to plot or scheme. She could've handed him a whole bottle and said "It's extra strong and I hope you get so drunk the pig kills you", and he'd have just downed it and said he hoped it killed him too. Why do people stan for her?

She might have been suspected then. Even if no one else heard the conversation, if they saw him drinking even more than usual, they might have been suspicious. Better to make absolutely sure there was no way for her to be suspected.

I am unclear on the concept of "drinking more than usual" as it applies to Robert.
