My spouse is a disabled vet and I'm worried he's going to lose his disability benefit under the next administration because he really can't work. :(

Why would he lose it? I’m not being facetious, I’m genuinely curious why you think he may because I don’t follow the news closely. All I can think is that this has to do with the anti-bureaucracy bureau. But even if the VA gets restructured, I can’t imagine them reevaluating every vet for a new, lower rating. And they’d have a hell of a hard time just deleting VA Disability from existence.
