How do you prepare that? My family could do with more iron. I have a good meat supplier and I've tried making liver for them, but I didn't have anyone to learn from and it turns out tasting kinda meh.

For regular liver my dad always just breaded and pan fried it, but chopped liver I've never made on my own, I get it from the grocery store, it's great on matzoh or any crackers imo.
