Assembling a giant dog crate and a small home gym. Both of which I have to somehow fit with new (to me) larger desk around my bed and sofa.
I also have people coming by to collect a bunch of stuff I put on FB marketplace, including the old desk, three big bookshelves, and a ton of old home decor stuff I just don’t use anymore. It feels good to declutter even though my space will have some new large things in it.

The crate shouldn't be so bad! But as someone who has assembled (and moved) gym equipment, I do not enjoy it.

I’m dreading both tbh. The gym will be the worst by far but the crate is one of those giant furniture pieces. It’s 90” long (as big as my sofa 🙈) and has two sections that can be used as two extra large crates or one ginormous one. And it has slide out trays for food and water dishes. It looks and operates like a prison but hopefully a large and cozy enough prison that my dog isn’t a total wreck if I leave the house without him once in a while.
I suspect I’ll spend a week drinking heavily just to cope after getting this stuff put together LOL
