I'm not sure if I'm quite that cynical yet, but I'm certainly close and it's all down to personal experience. I don't venerate celebs (and I don't know who this guy is) of either sex, but particularly not men. Too many men who are rich and/or powerful have been revealed to be sexual predators, and even though people are eager to say #notallmen or say that women also abuse their power... yeah, and what do the stats on female sexual predators in power look like, eh?

Hint: men greatly outnumber them. That's not a coincidence.

I don't stan anyone just because I like their writing, music, acting, etc. That's ridiculous. But I definitely wouldn't stan any kind of famous man because I no longer trust men as a group. Are all of them bad? Of course not. But enough are that you'd be a fool not to be wary.
