Yeah, I know someone like this who only goes for "taken" men because that makes them more desirable. It never works out well for anyone, and yet she does it again and again. I wouldn't call her a "homewrecker" because it's not like they can't say no, but I do think the guys in question are pretty stupid because every time they think she's not going to do the exact same thing to them five minutes later.

Like, what the actual fuck? Let's blame the evil woman, who trapped all those poor, poor men, who couldn't possibly be trusted to think for themselves, with her vile vagina voodoo.
And of course we couldn't trust said men to act responsibly, and say "no, thanks, I have a family." No, she stole them from their loving families. They stood no chance. My heart bleeds for them.

When I first heard this secret was about Ariana Grande's relationships, I have to admit I was a bit concerned.

I just remembered how in the wake of Mac Miller's death from drug overdose, Grande received grief from his fans who blamed her for his death, since she had broken up with him in the months before his death, which is just BS. Grande had every right to decide that she couldn't be romantically involved with Miller and that he was too toxic to have in her life, and she's not a bad person for doing so.

The sad truth is that while you should do everything you can to support the people you love when they're going through a crisis, there may be a point where you have to cut them out of your own life to save yourself. It's sad, but it's the truth: you can't singlehandedly save someone and trying to do so, will drag you down as well.

She is really hit or miss with me depending on the episode and I can definitely see where you're coming from.

IMO, both Linda and Gail likely have some kind of disorder, while Gail was babied by their parents due to having the more severe episodes than Linda and given excuses. There's a comment in the very first episode about Tina being autistic that doesn't get brought up again and the Belcher family all seem to have a wide variety of AUDHD aspects.

Linda does put her own needs and wants ahead of the that of her husband and children, especially in the earlier episodes (throwing a slumber party to live vicariously through her youngest daughter comes to mind). I think it's a way of coping with how she was raised watching her parents baby Gail while needing the validation herself.

The only episode I ever watched was the one where she threw a slumber party that her daughter didn't want. I lost all interest after that.

As a whole, I love Linda, but I also get annoyed when she does cause genuine problems. I mostly feel sorry for Bob who either didn't want to be dragged into her bullshit or easily relents and have to often fix the problem.

But also I love her because she is just living her best life. She just goes and does things and doesn't afraid of anything. As someone with crippling anxiety, I would kill to have a bit of her fearlessness and adventurous spirit.

I used to have mostly male ocs as a teen out of insecurity and fear about Mary Sues. But i got over that. Now I have OCs of all and any gender and trans haha.

Most of my OCs now are just LGBTQ and sometimes a lil neurodivergent by accident lol
