Depends on what you mean by 'internet users' since that's very broad. Gen Z and younger are way more terminally socially online than anyone else in sheer numbers, and lots of Gen X is technically online but not in a fandomy or 'regular online community' sense.

I know a bunch of Gen X people in my fandom, but I can also name a bunch of Gen X coworkers who genuinely have never had an argument online with a stranger because they just don't use internet that way. Whereas with Millennial and on, if you haven't done that, you're the outlier.
