Fully agreed on this. I feel like that comes through especially strongly anytime he and Kira are in a debate about the right course of action. I like that his crew knows and respects he's in charge, and yet they're also not afraid to challenge him or push back when need be...and I like that he can respect and allow for that, even if he doesn't agree with their stance or actions.

Honestly this is one reason Sisko and Janeway are my two favorite captains. Kirk and Picard were just too perfect at times, and even if they did screw up the shows never really acknowledged it.
