If you count Graphic Novels, Watchmen. Sure, replacing the squid with Dr Manhattan took away from the authors intent of a mean spirited snipe at the "lesser" creators who make "goofy" ideas and just expect the stinking unwashed comic fans to swallow it, but given that Alan Moore is a bitter deluded pedarast with some idea of himself the arbiter of merit... Fuck him. I liked how Dr Manhattan being the big threat tied in with the rest of the movie.

It. Child Sewer gang-bang. I don't need to elaborate.

20,000 leagues under the Sea. For a book that takes place almost completely at sea, it is the driest shit I have ever read. A couple of cool moments I can't lie, but interspersed with constant marine biology lectures and endless descriptions of the tastiest fish in the respective seas. The nautilus is cool, and everyone loves Cpt Nemo, but we needed more adventure at sea and less "The long-finned albacore supplied our table with very dainty flesh".

Jaws. I just preferer the version where everyone ISN'T an asshole.

English translation of 20000LutS sucks.

Disney movie also sucks come to think about it, Ned Land as a main hero but not prof Aronax? Just shows the jocks over brains mindset. They completely missed the point of the book too.

True enough the movie isn't great... but at least it had some entertainment value.
