Yesterday my jaw kind of hurt (in the same area I had my first wisdom tooth pulled) and I went to bed hoping it would be better when I woke up. It isn't better but it isn't worse. Hoping it is TMJ but worried I'll need another wisdom tooth pulled. I've never had dental anxiety before but now I'm afraid to make an appointment. This one is sideways so I know it will be a lot harder to remove. :(

Too quickly. I wish it lasted longer.

Saturday is the only real weekend day I get. Sunday is a too short day, I need to go to bed early Sunday night to be up for work at 5am Monday. And Friday I finish late, so I am always knackered or busy Friday evening.

I honestly wish FS would have Friday/Saturday as its reasonable posting times day instead of Saturday/Sunday as I am always abed before it goes up on Sunday evening even if it isn't a late Sunday.

That sucks! They make you work early on Monday but late on Friday?? Terrible.

I'm so sorry about your tooth. Would it be possible to get a referral to an oral surgeon or a specialist who is licensed to use general anesthesia/twilight sleep? They are the ones who specialize in dealing with complicated situations and might be able to help you with the least amount of trauma.

I have an extended family member in the hospital, so we're just waiting for news. I am going to get pizza with my sister tonight, and she'll hopefully have more information. The person is over 90, so we don't know how things are going to turn out.

I might be able to. I know they do IV sedation, so I might them do that because the gas did absolutely nothing.

I'm sorry about your family member. I hope you hear news soon.

My evening work got canceled which sucks for less money but I am feeling so loungey today so I am pretty excited not to get up and go in!

I got a lot of cleaning done, though not all. Plus I sold a few things online amd I read a bunch in my book. All in all a pretty good Saturday!

At least it was fortuitous that this was a day when you didn't want to go in all that much. And you got some work done!

I'm re-reading a book series I liked as a teen for the first time in twenty years. I remembered parts of the adventure and 1 (one) joke; I did not remember it being so very religious/Christian.

Isn't it funny the things that fly over us as children. There have definitely been books I've re-read as an adult where I am shocked at some of the topics or jokes that I missed when first reading it.

The last week or so has been exhausting with my cat being old. We finally got him somewhat stable, except he won't poop. The vet upped him to a 4x dose of laxatives yesterday and we have been anxiously semi-monitoring him all day to see if anything is working at all.

I'm sorry. Hopefully the laxatives work.

good so far, in less than half an hour I'm going to take a bunch of homemade cupcakes to my friend's house for her birthday.

Got a massage that was amazing. I feel so much better. I really needed it. My back was so tense I was in a lot of pain.

Just woke up from a 3 hour nap. That was really nice too.

I’m so sorry about your jaw :( Wisdom teeth suck. I hope they can give you proper sedation for the sideways one!

My day has been awesome. I did yardwork, spent some time in the hammock with my dogs sunbathing on the deck, and made great progress on a sewing project. I also took delivery of this amazing fabric panel that I’ll be making into a quilt. I got the batting for it today, too; I just need to wait for the backing and then I can make it. I’m copying one of the reviewers, the one who used the burgundy backing. https://a.co/d/8Eb9Pis

Still having problems with anxiety. I am calm for now.

I'm sorry. I get it because I'm going through it right now with the tooth issue. It makes me clench my teeth while I sleep.

ended up going home early from work and having to miss my bro in law's birthday dinner bc I felt sicky which sucks not to catch up with fam but...at the same time less spending money... i guess?

also lately (lately being a few months now) i'm really getting into makeup and self care and I'm excited about it but.... in the back of my mind I'm really sad that my mom couldn't be here to see me starting to take better care of my appearance and hygiene because I feel she was always trying to get me to do that and now I just feel sad bc I feel like she'd be really proud of me. IDK is that silly or weird?

If you were meh on the dinner, than I don't think skipping it is bad.

I don't think it is weird or silly to wish that your mom was there to see you do anything. Even just tiny changes can make you miss people you love.
