I’m pretty sure the point in copying that is to encourage the most privileged couples to reproduce. The 26-32 year olds who already have a mortgage (half of whom would have it at the best rates in the history of the country), have high salary white collar jobs with baked in maternity leave (and maybe some with paternity leave but that would actually be considered a bad thing in this administration), oh and don’t forget they come from wealthy parents and have the best and newest of everything. Because naturally they are going to produce superior babies.
