Just because people don't find this particular brand of humor funny or appealing doesn't make them all "bitter, sour-faced, utterly humourless clams." The idea that you tried something and failed and immediately resorted to insults really speaks a lot of your personality and fragility.

You just know this fragile dudebro's "fiancee" (if she even exists) is the desperate type of pick me who pretends his jokes are funny so he thinks he actually is. Bit sad, really, but hey. I can't imagine anyone being this butthurt their middle school wannabe humor didn't land.

Why is "Fragile" an insult now? I thought we were in the era of compassion for mental people?

And also, yes, she does seem to find me funny. We've been together for about 20 odd years, since school. And She picked ME. I assume because my juvenile sense of humour was charming when I was 16, so I have worked to maintain it as long as possible.

And yes, I rolled over, placed my hand on her lower abdomen, and whispered "I cast regrow endo" (She has endo, which is great, because it keeps her slim for me ;)

I should clarify: That is retarded as in the literal sense, as outlined above, as in it has failed to develope since I was 16. As in arrested. Not like calling people a slur, but as in clinically.

I don't mind how you choose to read it, You're free to see it as a slur if you want, but I think even you must admit I've been well behaved in regards to using forbidden language here, and however it's read, I'd like it to be known my intention was to keep my streak of good behaviour going.

It's entirely your interpretation that I meant it as a slur and not, like you, literally. You brought the word up in the first place. And even without your explanation, it's been fairly obvious you have a major case of arrested development going so yeah, as I said, I don't doubt it.

No, I'm not making accusations. Just covering myself. I mean that I don't mind if people take it as a slur in my original comment, I shouldn't correct anyone if they do take it that way... but I wanted to be clear, that all. Not trying to imply anything about you.

Why is "Fragile" an insult now?

I don't MIND insults, unless you catch me on one of my more... fragile days. But I don't even mind people insulting my fragility, I don't care if someone else wants to suggest it's a moral failing to be fragile or weak, which is what's really meant if we're honest...

But I do object to the pissing on my leg an telling me it's raining. You must know that "Actually, there was no malice or intent to hurt you in describing you as fragile" is a DAMNED hard sale to make.

I honestly have no idea what this comments means, but just so's you know I am the original anon that said your reaction showed your fragility. I did not, in fact, mean it as an insult. More of an observation.

I actually have no beef with you. Sometimes you're offensive and annoying and I generally don't reply to those, and other times you're fun to go back and forth with. Pretty typical online interaction stuff. I just thought it was interesting that you responded so strongly to a failed attempt at humor. We all misread the crowd sometimes or have a joke go flat, it isn't a big deal.
