to Conditioner/Shampoo anon

I'm honestly not sure if I saw the original comment, but I know I saw another anon mention it - that doing conditioner first and then shampoo was the way to go - and I was curious so I've been trying it for the past however long. I didn't really notice a difference until this weekend. I went on a three day backpacking trip into the mountains and my hair stayed remarkably fresh. Normally it would be greasy and put up and hidden under a hat by day three, but it was fine to wear down like normal! So thank you, I am definitely going to keep doing it this way.

I tried it too when I saw their comment thanking someone for the advice, and it's been working well for me too. My hair doesn't feel as weighed down and it's been more manageable when freshly washed.

Hey guys

So the thing about shampooing after conditioner is that it washes out the conditioner. So if you're having a better experience now maybe try using *way* less conditioner or skipping conditioner completely. Also, try keeping conditioner off of your head and applying it only to end of your hair

I just feel like y'all are ironing your shirts before putting them in the wash and maybe you can just skip the ironing you know?

This is a possibility. For a while I was just shampooing and then putting leave in conditioner on the ends after getting out of the shower. I could go for up to four days without washing my hair with no issue (unless I had a super sweaty workout or something).

Doesn't work for me. I need the conditioner in there to protect my scalp from the shampoo, otherwise my scalp gets suuuuuuper oily. Unfortunately everyone's hair is different and you gotta trial and error what works for you.

Not really.
