Seems you're making grand generalizations based on propaganda, not on real life experience or thinking of people as actual individuals. But I get what you're trying to say, that time period and location have a part in racism and hatred that is "acceptable" by some.

Thanks for answer. Tone on the internet is hard, and I know you have some unpopular opinions occasionally but also like to joke around so I really couldn't tell.

Oh I'm totally generalizing, 100%. But the idea of what will be acceptable to a group sort of has to be an "In general" thing.

Like if you want to drop the N bomb in a room that has, say 5% klan population, you can say it will be generally less well received than if you do it in a room that has 75%. Sure not EVERYONE in the room is going to feel the same, but the general level of acceptability will shift, even if the rest of the people find it totally unacceptable, being outnumbered 3-1 might make them think twice about being vocal about it. Chilling effect and all that. Sure not EVERY Ukrainian is going to have a clip of a Russian soldier being skinned alive saved to their porn folder, but the ones that DO are going to get much less pushback in Ukraine than they would in, for example, Russia.

I suppose what I'm saying is you're right that my general point is it's the environment and the conditions that dictates how "human" another nation is seen as and not anything universal.

Thanks for taking the time to check. General rule of thumb for me is if I can frame my point in a way that - bare minimum - makes me laugh, I will do that. Sometimes that's sarcasm, being flippant, irreverent, edgy, overly mean, or sexually inappropriate. Getting a laugh out of myself and people who think like me will usually be my top priority, but I'm not out here looking to bullshit anyone.
