I take a break now and then because this place can be toxic if you pay the trolls too much attention - which I end up doing sometimes, which is when I know I need a break.

I get that. And a break is never a bad idea.

But - and here I give advice I dont know if I can follow myself (but I'm trying)- there is always room to BE the change you want to see.
