What is annoying you lately?

My neighbor has been riding his four wheeler back and forth on our street. We are in the middle of town. What is exciting about this to you??? There are no hills or any kind of offroading. You are just going back and forth on a paved road.

The other person's insurance refused to answer the calls of the rental company, so the rental company billed me. Now I have to deal with that.

Also just generally in pain. I'm doing better than I was last week, mostly due to taking friday off and getting some sleep.

Other things that are annoying me are political-related.

I work in logistics and I'm so tired of my bosses not believing me when I tell them a container has to leave by DATE to get to a customer by DATE. And then when it doesn't arrive on time because they decided to send it later, they complain. I KNOW HOW LONG CONTAINERS TAKE! I'VE BEEN DOING THIS FOR FIVE YEARS!!

Also, this one is a bit whiny. But I can't stand when you are nice to someone on the internet and they are just an asshole back for no reason. If you don't want me to respond, just don't respond back (or post on my thread).

I think internet assholes must feel powerless in real life. I feel sorry for them.

But I don't like them.

Trolls don't really bother me. I get their motivation. But when they are just an asshole and you can tell they are not trolling? Those are the worst.

Just admit you're a cunt and go to sleep.

My neighbor likes to turn on his motorcycle and then just sit there, for thirty minutes, idling in his driveway. At 5:30 in the morning. SOME OF US ARE TRYING TO SLEEP, JUST GET ON YOUR STUPID BIKE AND GTFO.

We have this, but with a truck at around 6:45-7:30 a.m.!

Our neighbor used to start his loud af motorcycle at 5 am so he could go work out. We had young children and were sleep deprived anyway. I hated that, so much. He was such a rude asshole. I’m so glad he’s gone.

I have a neighbor that does this at 11pm. I guess he works night shift and wants everyone else to know.

Stomp stomp stompy idiots upstairs any hour of the day.

Vibrating speaker idiots next door.

Customers who pick up an item, don’t read the price ticket below the item on the shelf, complain about the price of the item as if that can’t possibly be correct when I ring them up, and then when I show them that yes that is the price they get angry at me for it being that price.

I don’t choose the fucking prices I just work here.

When you need help but absolutely no family will help you and you have no friends, and you don't want to run to the homeless shelters because they're 100X worse and you'll be stuck in the welfare poverty trap because you have no more welfare assistance left, and so welfare HRA can use you as their slave and starve you of food stamps & put you in the street if you're dependent on them for a place to live if you don't do what they say. And people on the internet with their criticisms of you and negative comments about you when you feel suicidal that gives them feelings of superiority.

I used to see sunset from my apartment's window. It's one of things that gave me joy during pandemic. Now there is a building on the way. And it's a military-owned fucking building. Every time I look outside my window I want to cry

The tiny bugs flying around my apartment. They're harmless, but very annoying and I have no idea where they're coming from or how to get rid of them. I did extra cleaning of all the places that could be attracting them, but they're still here.

We have similar (probably) flies. Flowers and water are enough for them. Probably only chemical power helps D:

Here's your solution:

Solo cup
Brown sugar
Vinegar or wine
Water
Dish soap

Fill the cup halfway with sugar and stir in wine or vinegar. Add water right up to the very top of the cup. Add a small squirt of dish soap & leave in infested area.

They're attracted to the sugar/wine, but when they hit the surface of that soapy water, they sink right to the bottom and die.

Thank you, I'll try that! (One of my friends suggested that sticky tape, but I'd feel bad using that because I'm pretty sure they don't die quickly on it and as silly as it is I don't want them to struggle. If they drown immediately instead then it's no problem.)

They die a quick and very sweet death. :)

Do you have any plants? Have you looked for forgotten potatoes? It's also possible your neighbor has, unfortunately, phorid flies. Which are much harder to be rid of and will be a problem until winter.

Life in general :(

The routine of life. Need to do Task 1 to get Thing 1 taken care of. Onto Task 2. Onto Tasks 3 and 4. Have to figure out how much sleep I'll get if I go to bed at This Time and wake up at That Time. Gotta buy This and That so I can cook for Meal 2 before doing Task 5.
