but, i agree. i don't straight up refuse to read/watch stuff about teenagers, but it's got to be really, really good. most of the ya angst and drama is extremely unappealing to me at this point. something that's well-done and has more universal appeal is ok with me but if it's mediocre or crappy i have zero interest

that also goes for stuff that's supposed to be about adults, but they still mentally seem like teenagers. no thanks.
