Not a fan of most kids. Never wanted them myself. Am seen as lees than in the family as a result, but I can live with that.

But it seems very selfish to me to have kids - I can't think of an unselfish reason to have one. In today's world, with 8 billion+ on the planet, microplastics everywhere, jobs being taken by AI and robots? not a great world to bring new life into.

It's like pets if you want 'em. Adopt, don't breed.
