oh it's always the costumes for me, but I enjoy picking apart the inaccuracies, it's hilarious. most of the time I just want to sort out why a costume designer or art director made the choices, I only get really annoyed if the answer was clearly "bc audience dumb only like hot people being hot." fuck you, a gorgeously embroidered outfit showing zero skin is still hot.

Saaaaaaame, nonny, same. I know sometimes movies or TV shows make aesthetic choices over historical accuracy, but it's possible to take that too far. And I think people don't always try hard enough with costuming and it ends up looking ill-fitting, cheap, the wrong fabric, etc.
