Re: What are your fic reading habits?

I read the whole works on ao3, chapter by chapter annoys me. Plus if ao3 goes down or something then I have the whole thing loaded and can finish reading whereas the chapter by chapter people are out of luck.

I've just started trying to download to my kindle, but not having too much success with it just because my attention span. I tend to flit around different fic depending on mood, so having a few on my kindle feels limiting and I just end up grabbing my phone and going to ao3 anyway.

One habit I have that is apparently weird is I scroll by tag and click on a fic so it's in my History, and then backbutton and keep scrolling. Then when I'm done with the tag or get bored I'll go back and scroll through my History to decide what to read. I use the History on ao3 like a type of bookmarking feature. I thought that seemed like an obvious use for it but I've been told that it's odd so who knows.
