other ADHD fellow here and same! Physical books is all I tend to read because I can immerse more easily and don't lose focus than much. But I read fanfics on e-reader because reading them on a browser is like inviting my ADHD gremlin to open a new tab every time I have a fleeting secondary distracted thought.
Maybe people say that reading on an e-reader is easier because they compare it to reading on a Tablet or the computer? Who knows.
