Re: What are your fic reading habits?

I almost exclusively read complete works I have downloaded on my Kindle. Sometimes when I have time to spare and I'm idle I read some WIPs while I'm on my computer, but I read them skimming paragraphs and gets distracted easily, so I try to do so sparingly. Very rarely I download and read abandoned fics.
I do comment on fics I particularly liked and I leave kudos to almost all fics I read unless I get a sense that the author didn't even try to write something coherent (very VERY bad writing with OOCs).

I do have a little notebooks where I hand-write notes about what I read and the authors I like. It's a mess and mostly written in codes and symbols because I just need to annotate a few things so I seldom write anything that makes sense to a stranger's eyes.
I'm at my third notebook now and I have begun this habit... mmmh... 6 years ago? Because I was downloading a lot of stuff to put on my kindle and I needed a reminder on what fic had that tag etc. It's incredibly uselful!
