You explained much better than I did the difficulties of using Libby! Our library has a 7 hold limit and it's frustrating because some items have a 6 month hold wait and the system doesn't have enough money to buy more copies to lessen the wait. Also, our libby has a lot of items listed that now have 0 copies but are still listed. My poor wishlist is littered with these.

I also read on my Pocketbook E-ink reader and that helps me manage series, even when I'm downloading them from Libby. I add all the Libby ebooks to Calibre and once I have the complete series in hand, I start reading.
