AH at the same time, me, a lurker for about 15+ years old now, decided to become way more active these last few months.
I always left kudos/likes on tumblr (because seriously, they literally don't take any effort if you are already on site wtf), but I didn't have the mental bandwidth for commenting and interacting after being burned out all those years ago. Now that I'm in a healthier more relaxed head space and I found a fandom I really really like the vibes of, I'm having a lot of fun leaving comments to a lot of fics and fanarts. No ties, no emotional baggage, just pure disinterested love for the craft.
To keep stuff from taking too much of my time I allocated a couple of hours every weekend for commenting/interacting with the works I enjoyed during the week (I write notes). On weekdays I have to work and I'm too tired for internet interaction. The most I can do is commenting on F!S where I can be way less coherent lol
