The weight will go right back on if you don’t implement lifestyle and diet changes. If you start eating healthier and exercising more while on the injections, you have a high chance of lasting success.

If it were easy it wouldn't be a trillion dollar a year industry. Once dieting/working out is no longer the largest focus in my life I have to live with being hungry/tired all the damn time while my body tries to go back to where I was. At some point I'd rather just be fat than miserable.

So... it's just a drug version of every other system out there.
