Oh, yeah, it's been Adam for years! Belle at Disney World would ask if your male significant other with you is "your Prince Adam."

She did not do that, she only asked if he was my prince. I just watched the video again and she does not call my husband Adam. So I looked into this and apparently it isn’t canon. A video game in the 90s called him that and it kinda seeped into general consciousness for younger fans. It also seems like those that think his name is Adam also have names for many others who are only known by titles in Disney titles. For example, the prince in Snow White is Florin or Ferdinand depending on who you ask.
