I'm sorry you're going through that OP.

I felt this way about certain places on the internet in the past and then got diagnosed with rejection sensitive dysphoria. Which brought things into perspective and helped me develop ways to cope & understand that most people are just existing. They don't think about me Like That if they think about me.

If you feel lonely, whether in general or concerning FS, I think it would benefit you to make new connections. Branch out. Being alone in your thoughts can't be good for anyone's psyche. But I also understand the struggle and your feelings are valid.
