The Sims has had collabs with various brands before, but this feels like the worst one yet, to me personally. Very tacky and ugly, and not in a way that I find fun or appealing. It's also only available for a limited time to encourage FOMO and people to buy it before it's gone. I don't like seeing strong, obvious references to real-life brands and products in the game. It's my escape from real life.

I'm still refusing to move on from Sims 2 and most things I hear about Sims 4 confirm that this is the correct choice, but I will say that the Ikea furniture expansion pack is one of my favorite Sims 2 expansion packs. The H&M one is much less impressive but I do appreciate some of the things it added as well. Both of them fit well into the general tone/gameplay of Sims 2. Sims 4 just seems to be a big weird mess of mismatched stuff from what I can tell

Idk, it seems like it might kind of fit, Spongeboby is kind of goofy/quirky and so is The Sims. But I can understand not caring to have it in your game.

The flower rug is the kind of thing I might use if it was free... it doesn't feel like it doesn't fit the game aesthetically. But some of those things DO. There's some kind of Patrick doll that doesn't feel like it belongs in the world of the Sims. There are other things where it just feels jarring to see the characters in their style plastered onto something, like it doesn't really fit the vibe of the other kids' stuff in a way that's hard to articulate.
